Michelle Dunne, CMCC

Michelle Dunne is a Catholic Strengths and Mindset Coach dedicated to helping Catholic women navigate various seasons of life. With expertise in Clifton Strengths, Catholic parts work, attachment theory, and Metanoia mindset renewal, Michelle helps women deepen their understanding of themselves and their relationships through God’s unique design.

Michelle and her husband of 34 years have  six children, three grandchildren, and a strong connection with their large extended family in the local NoVA area. Her coaching journey began informally during her leadership development as a dōTERRA business owner, revealing her true passion for guiding women towards intentional living and a holier, happier life. As a Catholic coach, she puts her love of connection and continuous learning to use in fostering resilience and a deep love for God in her clients.

The brave, persistent but reluctant Saint Hildegard of Bingen is one of her spiritual confidants.

Beyond coaching, Michelle is a book lover, word-nerd, water-skier, wakesurfer, Zentangler, and a dance-in-the-kitchen kind of cook. She enjoys tea parties, family dinners at home, walking talks, and attending theater performances.
