Addiction Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist

Carol is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC II) with over 12 years of experience working in out-patient, court-mandated, and medication-assisted facilities, as well as residential settings. She is both certified as a Medication Assisted Treatment Counselor, and she is certified in Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), which is a systemic, cognitive-behavioral approach that reduces relapse in both juvenile and adult criminal offenders by increasing moral reasoning. MRT also treats a wide range of issues including substance abuse, domestic violence, and trauma.

Carol has a BA in Psychology from Argosy University, and she is currently enrolled at Northcentral University completing a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. Carol provides both group and individual counseling for addictions, as well as family and couple counseling. Carol is married with two children and she enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as kayaking and crafts.
